Joshi is the youngest son of Thankamma & George living at Tharavadu along with their parents. He married Deena Kizakkekara. Joshi is an assistant Professor at Nirmalagiri College, Kuthuparamba and Deena is a guest Lecturer at Peravoor School. They have three children.
